Protect user trust and prevent generated placeholders from becoming false product evidence.

Checks

  • Use source-backed facts or label development examples and sample data clearly.
  • For a fictional concept, label the surface once and treat inventory, prices, policies, location, stock, ratings, and delivery promises as sample content.

Warnings

  • Realistic-looking placeholder evidence is easily mistaken for a verified claim.

Exceptions

  • Clearly labeled fictional data is acceptable for prototypes and tests.
