Responsive Without Loss
Supported widths and text zoom preserve content, controls, reading order, and recovery without clipping or incoherent overlap.

Intent
Make narrow screens and zoomed text first-class design conditions rather than a visual afterthought.
Checks
- Inspect at 320 CSS pixels, representative mobile and desktop widths, and 200 percent text zoom.
- Verify sticky or fixed chrome reserves visual and scroll offset so headings, controls, cards, anchor targets, and focused elements remain unobscured.
- Verify wrapped controls and stacked panels retain explicit row, column, and edge spacing instead of collapsing to zero.
Warnings
- Hiding overflow can conceal a defect instead of fixing it.
Exceptions
- Inherently two-dimensional canvases and tables may use bounded scrolling with accessible controls.
